Refractory casting
We perform castings of hot surfaces and wear surfaces in furnaces and boilers where high material requirements are demanded.
Ceramic welding
LIMAB has a long history in ceramic welding, being the first actor to perform this service in the Nordic region, we have gained extensive experience.
Drying
With our mobile drying equipment, we can deliver an output of 3MW on-site in a controlled manner, which is impossible with, for example, solid fuel or a large burner lance.
Technical follow-Up
To ensure the high quality we maintain on our jobs, we have our own department for technical follow-up on completed jobs.
Refractory Masonry
We carry out brickwork of, among other things, blast furnaces, ladles, LD converters, electric arc furnaces, walking-beam furnaces, hearth furnaces, lime kilns, rotary kilns and torpedo ladles.
Refractory spraying
Spraying refractory material is an efficient method to use where traditional installation methods may be difficult to apply.
Operational inspection with camera
With our camera equipment, we can inspect your facility during operation. This helps detect any damage/defects well in advance and plan accordingly.
Acid-resistant masonry
We perform acid-resistant masonry in the pulp and paper industry as well as in the food, metal, and chemical industries. All to protect and extend the lifespan of your refractory structures.
